Hello, I’m
Hai-Yen Mura.
I’m a data-driven, multidisciplinary leader with over 15 years of Amazon experience launching and scaling complex businesses and initiatives. I am also adept at building high-performing teams and leading through ambiguity and transition.
I currently serve on the executive leadership team as Vice President of Marketing for RPI Print, a best-in-class, sustainability-oriented printing services company, also home to beloved brand Blurb, where I focus on helping creators and SMBs tell their story.
In addition to my “day job” in Tech, I volunteer as a pro bono coach and consultant, helping up-and-coming professionals navigate career decisions and hone strategic planning and writing skills. I am also a founding member of The Authentic Asian, a professional network for AAPI women executives.
